Raoul Kouamou is an operator with a long-standing passion for partnering with strong management teams to acquire, operate, and scale essential service businesses. His interest in entrepreneurship began early, with multiple ventures launched during his college years, and has since evolved into a career at the intersection of investing and operations.

Raoul is also the Chief Executive of Reviera Enterprises, a leading provider of underground water and wastewater condition assessment and maintenance services serving municipalities and utilities. He leads its strategic growth, operational improvement, and expansion into adjacent services and geographies.

Before transitioning into business ownership, Raoul was an investment banker at BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank in New York, advising on M&A transactions across the industrial and consumer sectors. He also held roles in strategy, corporate development, and investing across North America, Europe, and emerging markets.

Based in Washington, DC, Raoul enjoys traveling, sports, and food. He earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business, an M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
